About Us
Sweet Magnolia Flowers is a small, intimate business.

* We can focus on your special event because we do not run a full-service floral shop.
* We can offer you high quality for lower cost because we do not maintain a fancy showroom.
* We can give you highly personalized service because we book only a few events per month.

Whatever your budget, location, or color-scheme, we can design beautiful flowers for your wedding day.

We believe in elegance and simplicity.
Flowers are beautiful in their own right and don’t need extravagant designs or elaborate configurations to share their joy.
Overdoing can overwhelm
your arrangements.
If you agree, let us decorate your special day.

Sara Hoffman Jurand

Sara founded SMF in 2007, after leaving her publishing career to raise her family “home” in South Carolina. She grew up with a passion for flowers, inspired by her grandmother’s roses and her mother’s floral design. A “hobby” grew into a love relationship, and a business! She continues to be inspired by the brides who share their personal visions for their special day. She believes flowers are beautiful in their own right and don’t need elaborate designs to shine. In a survey on theKnot.com, brides voted SMF “Best of Weddings 2010” in South Carolina.

Sara has worked with and learned from Melinda and taken classes with the Floral Design Institute. She works out of her home in Summerville, and is the mother of two boys.
